4. Data Processor — Formspree

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which forwards them to our business email. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io. The transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.

5. Data Retention

Correspondence is retained for up to two years from last contact. Invoicing and accounting records are retained for ten years as required by Czech Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on Accounting.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights contact info@sunnyseo.com. 7. No Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with any third party except Formspree for form delivery as described above.

sunnyseo.com does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.
